Geoff Ott’s love affair with recording music started in high school with a garage band and a 4-track tape recorder. He has turned that love into a successful career as a Producer, Engineer, Studio Owner, Record Company owner and Music Industry activist.
Geoff’s professional career began as a house engineer at London Bridge under the tutelage of then owner Rick Parashar, working on some of the seminal records of the Seattle Sound.
As a freelance engineer/producer Geoff worked at some of the Seattle areas best studios, Avast, Robert Lang, X, Orbit as well as top studios in LA, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis and Mississippi. He is has been fortunate to work with some great musicians including, Queens of the Stone Age, Paul Rogers, Melissa Etheridge, Three Doors Down, Alice in Chains, Nickelback, Brandie Carlile, and Mary Lambert.
In 2005 Geoff’s journey came full circle when he partnered with multi-platinum producer Jonathan Plum to purchase London Bridge Studio. In addition to his busy producing and engineering schedule, Geoff has found time to serve as
Board President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Recording Academy (The Grammy’s) encompassing 5 NW states, Hawaii and British Columbia and is the producer and co-writer of the musical learning experience, “The Hello Kids”, teaching languages to children of any age with catchy melodies and danceable beats.
Jonathan Plum understands the art and craft of recording music from both sides of the consol. As a Seattle based music producer, engineer, mixer, musician,studio and record company owner, he started his producing career in the early 90’s at London Bridge Studio, working along side some of the top producers of the day.
He helped to record and produce some of the most successful and influential bands of the 90’s at London Bridge Studio, including Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, Candlebox, and Zakk Wylde. In 2005 Jonathan and producer Geoff Ott, purchased the studio.
Jonathan has produced and engineered music projects with a wide range of artists from rock bands to singer/songwriters. Mary Lambert’s new single, “Same Love”, one of Jonathan’s recent productions, has been a consistent top seller on iTunes since it’s release. He has also worked with talented artists like
Jonathan plays guitar and drums in several local bands. As a recording artist, “Dust & Gold”, his self-produced creative partnership with Rafe Pearlman hasbeen released to critical acclaim and was selected for in store airplay at 10,000 Starbuck stores around the world.
Jonathan is an active board member of the Recording Academy (the Grammy’s) Pacific Northwest Chapter. His wife, Alcena Plum, owns Louisa’s Cafe and Bakery near their home in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle.
Eric Lilavois is a record producer, engineer, and recording artist. His ability to connect to an artists vision and his intuitive approach as a producer have enabled Eric to work with a wide variety of artists in different capacities – most notably: Saint Motel, Dustbowl Revival, The Second Howl, Empire Theatre, Atlas Genius, and My Chemical Romance.
In April of 2013 Eric became a partner and co-owner of Seattle’s historic London Bridge Studio alongside acclaimed northwest producers Jonathan Plum and Geoff Ott. Eric also owns and operates Crown City Studios, a 4000sq foot recording studio and creative space in Old Town Pasadena, Ca. Eric is an art enthusiast in pursuit of all things creative, as is evident in the many books, old cameras, and stories that tag along with him to nearly every session.
Eric has composed countless original cues for short films and television shows, including The History Channel’s Pawn Stars, American Restoration, Cajun Pawn Stars, BBQ Pitmasters, and Counting Cars. He also produces a video series called “Crown City Sessions” that has proven to be a thoroughfare for up and coming Los Angeles Buzz bands.
For the last three years Eric has been instrumental in curating local stages and assisting organizers book and present featured and headlining artists such as Youngblood Hawke, Ozma, Saint Motel and The New Limb for “Make Music Pasadena” the west coast’s largest free music festival.
Jeff is a passionate trailblazer in the music and entertainment industry, recognized for his expertise in artist development, public relations, promotion, marketing, audio/video licensing, content acquisition, artist management, music production, radio broadcasting and now as a record company owner.
As Vice-President of Licensing and Label Relations for PlayNetwork, Inc., a global provider of music and video for retailers Starbucks, Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Hot Topic Nordstrom and others, he created the PlayLive Music Series, featuring intimate performances by over 130 musical artists, including, James Hunter, Rodney Crowell, Wendy Waldman, Colin Hay, LeRoy Bell and many others.
Jeff has impressive and wide-ranging experience in the record industry; as Vice-President of Windham Hill Records helping the world discover George Winston, Will Ackerman, Alex deGrassi, and others; as Vice-President of Gold Castle Records, working with legendary artists Peter, Paul & Mary, Judy Collins, Joan Baez, Bruce Cockburn, and Karla Bonoff; as Senior Promotion & Marketing Consultant to Music For Little People & Earthbeat! Records, working with Sweet Honey in the Rock, Taj Mahal, Maria Muldaur, Shadowfax, Buckwheat Zydeco and Los Lobos; and as independent compilation producer of award-winning projects for Sony Music, Walt Disney Records, Shanachie, Rounder Records, Music for Little People & Narada Records.
Jeff is currently a partner in the musician management consulting firm 2 Jeffs on Music. He has been personal manager for Bryndle (Karla Bonoff, Wendy Waldman & Kenny Edwards & Andrew Gold), ArtieTraum and David Mallett.
As a long time member, governor and officer of The Recording Academy (The Grammys), Jeff recently completed a 2-year term as Board President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Recording Academy encompassing 5 NW states, Hawaii and British Columbia.
Jeff Ross is best known as the personal manager for Kenny G and Jeff Lorber, signing both artists to their first major label recoding contracts with Clive Davis and Arista Records. He has enjoyed various music business roles as concert promoter, talent booker, music promoter, music publisher, marketing and advertising executive and now record company owner.
Jeff began career at the award winning “free form FM radio station” KZEL-FM, in Eugene, Oregon. He introduction to artist management evolved from booking and promoting regional and national Jazz and Blues artists throughout the Pacific Northwest. Jeff booked and promoted concerts with Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Mingus, Bill Evans, Dave Brubeck, Robert Cray, Pat Metheny, Cal Tjader, Ted Curson, Oregon, Kenny Burrell, Eddie Jefferson, Bob Dorough and many others.
As President of Great Northern Publishing, a music merchandising company, Jeff licensed and developed products for major artists like Bruce Springsteen, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Led Zeppelin, Gun’s & Roses and others. Jeff has also worked with major retailers to establish retail sales programs for tour merchandising companies, to augment their concert venue sales.

Seattle-native Composer/Orchestrator/Violinist, Andrew Joslyn is a contributing songwriter and composer with the 4x Grammy award winning album, “The Heist”, has performed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, toured with folk legend Judy Collins, and has had his classical work performed by ensembles nationwide. His formative years were spent studying classical music. While studying music composition in college, however, Andrew broke from the regimented routine of his classical training and delved into his own exploration of contemporary music ranging from rock, folk, world to hip-hop, film, and electronic. Now a seasoned performer, composer, and film scorer, he has worked with some of the most iconic Northwest musicians and beyond such as: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, David Bazan (Pedro the Lion), Mark Lanegan (Queens of the Stone Age), Duff McKagan (Guns N Roses), Doug Martsch (Built to Spill), Tim Lopez (Plain White T’s), and the Seattle Rock Orchestra.
